Yay! I'm hoping to be convinced to watch the movies after this episode. I've only ever seen up to 4

Great podcast, interesting look at the movie and the series. I was dumbfounded though when I heard they suggested snape was Harry's father?!? The book makes it clear that he was Lilys best friend when they were younger but they parted as friends as he moved closer to the death eaters youth group.

Haven't seen the 2nd movie, but listened to the books several times. I have 8 hrs of mindless work and need something to entertain myself, well as The Stand, It and other King classics. There is very little that doesn't work in JK rowlings books, which is why I can't see changing things in the movies. The weak part of the ending in the books was the death of voldemort , it sounds though the movie actually did a worse job of it. I will wait til it comes out in video, hopefully in 3d. Still say chamber of secrets was one of the best, azkahban was the worse.
