Im halfway through Clash of Kings, but I am going on holiday next month for two weeks, I will get through that book and most of the next ;D

What I love about it is that I can read the books, and then watch it on TV, see their spin on what is in my head, sort of like how the Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings books played out.

Also nearly finished A Clash of Kings! Amazing books! I think the TV series really compliments them well. Both work well on their own however.

Will post more sometime tomorrow, too many thoughts to put down right now!

The final episode of Season 2 was pretty lack luster in my opinion. They're straying to far i.e. Martin should be as involved as he was with season 1.

I think the final shots of the last episode were bloody brilliant, the fact that HBO is doing the walking dead shows these days means that those guys (I will leave this blank hehe), really well done!

I cannot wait to see the fight for the wall!

Just finished Storm of Swords, absolutely fantastic series. I kinda hate George R.R. Martin for killing off some of my favourite characters, but at the same time it means you're always on edge when main characters are presented with dangerous situations... you never know how it's going to turn out.

You might not want to read the third book then

Hehe, if only I had known at the time of the first post how far down the rabbit hole I would fall...

Between the books, series, merchandise, theories, drinking game, hour long discussions, and planned cosplay (I as Jamie, fraternity brother as Bronn), A Song of Ice and Fire has become engrained in my early 20s (turning 23 next month) as much as WoW was in my mid to late teens.
